Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) provided infrastructure design engineering services in conjunction with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for 4 neighborhoods in DeKalb County. The project was a Design-Build effort funded by the USACE and DeKalb County which upgraded the size of 9 existing pipe culverts for flood control. It involved two public meetings for each affected neighborhood. The scope included hydrology analysis, easement acquisition, utility relocations, pavement plans, stormwater systems design, erosion control, cost estimates, permitting and construction. EDT also provided construction administration and met schedule and budget specifications.
