Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) constructed the Fairburn Neighborhood Senior Center, which is approximately 11,500 SF.
Major project elements included fitness, handicraft and educational spaces, a multipurpose room, lounge and gallery, warming kitchen and servery, screened porch, patio with barbecue grill and raised-bed planters, office and building support spaces (mechanical, electrical and data/telecom rooms) and a 65 space parking lot.
