ATLANTA, GA. — EDT’s announces today that Vice President of Engineering, Ahmad Mohsenzadeh PE Ph.D. has been selected into ACEC Georgia Future Leaders Program.
President Anthony Taylor, Ph.D., states, “We are very proud of Ahmad and his inclusion to the ACEC Georgia Future Leaders Program. Ahmad is a hard-working and talented professional with extensive experience in collaborative and effective management. He is an important member of our EDT Family, and we are blessed because of this.”
The American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia) is the voice of the business of engineering in Georgia. Their Future Leaders Program is a 22-year-old initiative, which trains talented, up-and-coming engineers and sets them on a track for leadership. Attendees learn from an array of professionals on topics such as business development, presentation skills and effective marketing. Courses also include an introduction to political advocacy relevant to the industry, accounting and risk management.
“I am very excited to be selected to participate in the ACEC Engineering Leadership Academy Program,” says Mr. Mohsenzadeh. “This program will enable me to develop the internal evaluation methods and tools needed to perform a focused self-assessment, reviewing my drive, attitude and collaborative performance. This, in turn, will help me lead others more effectively. I also plan to use what I learn from this program to support our organization’s strategic plan to ensure that business best practices are consistent with our mission.”
