Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) provided engineering services for the design and construction of the Wolf Creek Library. This new 25,000 SF building was only the beginning of the Atlanta-Fulton County Public Library System’s $275 M program for the construction of eight new branches.
Green building design and sustainability was taken into account in the design and construction of the library resulting in LEED® silver-certification. The design involved features such as low flow plumbing fixtures, sensor operated lighting and low-e glass.
